Shipping and Delivery

Once payment has been made, your order will be processed adn sent within 3 working days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

The shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping. Please see the below table for further information including the delivery aim. This means that once an order has been sent, the delivery date is beyond our control.

We encourage international orders (outside the UK) to be shipped using tracked shipping for better visibility and safety.

After you place an order, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your order details. It takes up to 3 working days for your order to be shipped. If it has been 48h since you placed your order and have you not received an order confirmation email or your order has not been delivered by the due date plus 7 working days please get in touch via our contact form here or email us: happyautisticlady@gmail.com . We aim to respond within 2 working days. We will contact our courier (Royal Mail) to investigate and expedite the delivery process.

Yes, we ship worldwide. We encourage international orders (outside the UK) to be shipped using tracked shipping for better visibility and safety.

We use Royal Mail for UK and international deliveries.

If you have opted for tracked shipping, we will send you the tracking number once your order has been shipped.

If you have used the wrong address when ordering please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form here or email us: happyautisticlady@gmail.com . We will amend the address for you, however, if your order has already been processed and shipped we are unable to change the address and you will have to put a new order in.

Yes, all items purchased in one order are shipped together.

Returns

You are fully covered and protected by our 30 days return policy. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked. Simply get in touch using our contact form here or email us at: happyautisticlady@gmail.com. You can read more about our returns policy here.

Send us your request via our contact form here or email us at: happyautisticlady@gmail.com . Please provide your name, Order Number, item you would like to return and date you placed the order.

At Happy Autistic Lady we use high-quality packaging including hardboard-backed envelopes to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days of receiving your item via our contact form here or email us at: happyautisticlady@gmail.com , and we’ll send you a replacement. As a small business we, unfortunately, are currently unable to offer free returns. If you would like to make a return you will be responsible for paying shipping fees and ensuring the item arrives safely without any damage.

It can take up to 20 working days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to us, processed and refunded. This also varies depending on the payment option you selected, as all banks have different processing times. The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order.

Orders

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items. To order on our website, simply go to our Shop, select the item you wish to purchase and add it to your cart. Then during check out submit your personal details, select your desired shipping and payment method. Easy as that!

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 24 hours of placing your order. You may only exchange items that cost the same price. After that, your order will have been processed, and you won’t be able to make any amendments. Alternatively, you always have the option of placing a new order to get the right item.

Happy Autistic Lady adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Yes! If an item is out of stock, please, register your interest by selecting the 'Notify me' button in our shop. This tells us there is demand and incentivizes us to restock as soon as possible, plus it'll guarnatee you get to place your order before we sell out again.
