Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Shipping
Once payment has been made, we aim to process and ship your order within 3 working days. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
The delivery time will depend on the shipping service and destination you have selected. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen shipping. We use Royal Mail (RM) for both UK and international deliveries. Please see the below table for further information including the delivery aim. This means that once an order has been sent, the delivery date is beyond our control.
We heavily recommend international orders (outside the UK) to be shipped using tracked shipping for better visibility and safety.

Packaging
At Happy Autistic Lady we use high-quality packaging including hardboard-backed envelopes to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged, let us know within 30 days of receiving your item via our contact form here or email us at: happyautisticlady@gmail.com . Please contact us with the details of your order, and the damaged product. We will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund.
Returns
You are fully covered and protected by our 30 days return policy. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it within 30 days, no questions asked. Simply get in touch using our contact form here or email us at: happyautisticlady@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
We don’t offer exchanges.
All returns will be refunded via the original payment method you selected.
Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been used, worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, as a small business we are unable to offer free returns. Postage for returns will be made at your own cost. You are also responsible for ensuring the items arrive safely and undamaged.
Items with non-returnable marks, customisations, free gifts, or vouchers cannot be returned.
We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out.
Note: Original fees (e.g. shipping fee) are non-refundable.
Refunds
Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, the customer is entitled to a full refund or a replacement parcel. To initiate the refund or replacement process, the customer must provide clear images of the damaged item. Upon receiving the images, we will inspect the damage and proceed with the refund or replacement accordingly.
Lost Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe plus 7 working days please get in touch via our contact form or email (happyautisticlady@gmail.com). We aim to respond within 2 working days. We will contact our courier (Royal Mail) to investigate and expedite the delivery process. Please account for delays caused by state holidays, postage and travel strikes, and busy periods (e.g. before Christmas).
If a customer's order is deemed as lost or it has not been delivered by the due date plus 25 working days, we will issue a full refund or send a new parcel at no extra cost. This timeframe is set by our courier, thank you for understanding.
A parcel can only be deemed lost if it was sent with tracked shipping. We therefore heavily recommend international orders (outside the UK) to be shipped using tracked shipping for better visibility and safety.
